

International Culinary School
In partnership with Ferrandi Paris, one of the most prestigious and oldest gastronomy schools in Europe, the future school will offer a variety of programmes including different national and regional cuisines. The programmes will be suitable for amateur and professional cooks looking for new flavours, techniques, ideas and horizons, as well as for beginners for whom enthusiasm and the desire to feel confident in the kitchen are key.
Structure
The training will include a core curriculum developed to Ferrandi Paris standards, which will teach French and Balkan cuisine.
After successfully completing the entire program, students will receive an internationally recognized certificate from Ferrandi Paris, and the Charena Factory is the only school outside of France authorized to issue it. The school will also offer two other core programmes in the disciplines of baking and pastry.
Upon successful completion of any of the three courses, students will receive a vocational qualification certificate from the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.
In addition to the main long programmes, many different short courses and masterclasses will be held at the Sharena Fabrika, enriching the programmes with different national cuisines from around the world.
Again, these will suit people with varying degrees of culinary experience and knowledge. They will be led by established and recognized international and Bulgarian chefs.


Focus
The building of the primary school in the village of. It will become an inspiring and creative place, bringing together people from all over the world, ready to learn the basics of French cuisine, to rediscover the diversity of Balkan cuisine, to experience different traditional flavors from around the world or to devote themselves to baking and pastry.
The school will have three teaching kitchens and one exhibition kitchen, each ready to accommodate up to 12 students and one chef.
The professional premises are set up for training and working with modern equipment, for practical exams and also for filming culinary shows. This allows future chefs to immerse themselves in both the authentic atmosphere of a professional kitchen and the dynamics of a TV competition, building on their experience and creating a rich portfolio to help them continue their professional path.

THE TEAM
International School Sharena Fabrika will open its doors under the patronage of one of the oldest culinary arts schools in Europe Ferrandi Paris. The partnership will give future students the opportunity to develop and upgrade their culinary skills, taught by internationally renowned specialists on a Western model. Together with them, some of the most experienced and creative Bulgarian culinary specialists will take part in the programmes.
